I’m not sure if you do have the first book but there are US paperpack ‘The Hunger Games’ trilogy box set on sale in Popular bookstores at S$34.89! Popular also sell UK cover of ‘Catching Fire’ though I hardly see US cover of ‘Catching Fire’ on sale in Popular.
If you didn’t managed to find the second book in Popular, try Kinokuniya Main Store in #03-09/10/15 Ngee Ann City. It’s just besides Wisma Atria and you will be able to access it by using the underpass from Orchard MRT Station to Wisma Atria then to Takashimya or walk outside the pavement along the malls.
If I didn’t remember wrongly, I had seen it being sold there. Both the US and UK cover versions of ‘Catching Fire’.
